Escrow

Liquidramp uses on-chain escrow to hold crypto while the other leg of an offramp or swap completes.

Order type	Escrow?
Offramp	Yes — customer deposits crypto
Swap	Yes — customer deposits the input currency
Onramp	No — crypto is sent directly to the recipient

What you need to do

Present the deposit address from payin.address — never substitute your own wallet.
Optionally set a refund destination on order creation so cancelled or expired deposits can be returned.
Wait for order.asset_locked after the deposit is confirmed, then order.asset_released or order.settled when funds move onward.

Do not assume status: completed is on-chain proof by itself. Use ?include=payout and check tx_hash when you need a transaction id.
